Each float pod is filled with a highly concentrated Epsom salt solution that allows you to float effortlessly on the surface of the water, reducing the effects of gravity by about 80%. As you float, magnesium sulfate absorbs through your skin, helping to detoxify the body and relax muscles at a deeper level. The enclosed, lightproof and soundproof environment removes outside stimulation from your nervous system, shifting your brain into a theta state — the same deeply restorative state experienced just before sleep.

Sauna
Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas use light to heat your body directly rather than warming the air around you, producing a deeper, more penetrating heat at a lower temperature — typically between 110–140°F. This allows you to sweat more thoroughly and stay in longer, making each session more effective and more comfortable. Regular sessions support detoxification, circulation, pain relief, joint pain, and immune function, with benefits that build over time the more consistently you go.

Short on time but still want the benefits? The 15-minute mini session is a quick, effective way to get your sweat in — ideal for a regular add-on or a first look at what infrared can do.
